How long do I have to
complete a course?
We are
providing the best tutoring service on a one-on-one basis. Personal one-on-one
Online Tutoring Program is an intensive learning program designed to help
students (K9 to 12) improve their math and prepare them for SAT/ACT as well. · First, our Academic Director conducts an assessment on the student based on the information provided by the parent. This information is then used to plan, implement and evaluate programs to address the identified needs · Second, Academic Director works with the Administrative Officer to plan and enroll the student to the program that address the needs of a student.

Thirdly, the student enrolled is assigned to an instructor
that would teach, train and evaluate the student’s performance for the given
program. The instructor would conduct live classes online (synchronous session)
at a specific time slot. · Finally, The Academic Director would get the evaluations on a bi-weekly basis from the instructor on the students performance in both the sessions. This way, we ensure that our students are on the right track and making progress The course delivery is individualized and made perfect for students who need to make immediate progress and for those who benefit from a high level of individual attention. Can I email the tutors my questions? Yes, you can contact us/tutors at anytime using their listed contact information. How do I find out about the tutor? To find out about the tutor, look at the listing in the Class Index. The instructor controls most of the information displayed.
How do I submit assignments?
The assignments forms provided in the classroom will provide different ways to
submit an assignment: 1.) Type in provided text box. 2.) Copy/paste 3.) Upload
your assignment file. For further details, see your instructor's class details. To enter your classroom, login and go to the LMS (LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM). This is the virtual classroom. The LMS is where teachers have set up their classes. What does it mean by "Asynchronous" resources? This phrase means that an "offline tutor", a "live" person and not a computer, is putting up all classroom content. It also implies that while instructor content is not computer generated, you don't necessarily need to meet real-time with the instructor. Click http://online.aspiringkidz.com and login using your user name and password. You will find that everything is set up so that all types of communication and information exchanges can take place at your convenience. Classes may be computer generated, self-paced, or a simple chat session. You will be able to communicate with the offline tutor through discussion forum and messaging.
What happens if I don't do well in the class?
The importance of academic performance is individually based, and class
instructors have the ability to communicate with you about your coursework and
overall performance. We will be constantly assessing your performance.
Additionally we will provide you the instant feedback on every activity that you
undertake under the guidance of the offline and online tutors. When do test score data become available? The tutor of the course you're taking will determine when test score data is made available. We made the provision for a detailed report of your participation and progress in learning the subject What topics are forbidden? Any subject matter that we deem harmful will not be permitted. Also, any material that violates the Terms of Service will not be allowed. We will strive to provide an open, safe, and effective resource for all without violating the rights of others. You will need a computer, either PC or Macintosh, with access to the internet. That access can be either through broadband, such as DSL, satellite, or cable. If you are using Internet Explorer, you will need version 6.x or later. We recommend the open source Fire fox browser, as an alternative to IE, which is available for download at the Fire fox site, but this is not a requirement. You must have cookies enabled in your browser. You will need the free Adobe Reader software and Flash Player installed. If you do not already have Adobe Reader, you can download it by going to http://www.adobe.com
After you purchase the course, you are enrolled in the selected course as a user. When you log in with your user name and password you are taken to your Course Home Page. If you have trouble in accessing the course, you can reach us through e-mail or by telephone for assistance with your course The courses are designed with user friendliness so that you can easily follow the pathway to completion.
If you are able to access the internet with your computer, complete the payment process, and have some familiarity with viewing websites over the internet, you should have no difficulty completing the course online. If you are reading this answer on your computer, you will have no difficulty with your course! However an option is available for you to get yourself familiarize by undergoing an induction on “How to learn online”. What if I forget my user name or password? Go to the Login Page. Choose from the login box at the left-hand top the link “Lost Password”. In the new page Please enter either your username or your registered email address in the appropriate box. There is no need to enter both.. After you enter your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail. Click the link in the e-mail to go to a page confirming that you requested a password change. How to access the online tutoring center? Click on the given URL or Copy the URL http://online.aspiringkidz.com Click login link at the right hand top. Type in the User name and Password. Click "Enter". Click the button on the right hand top- Online Interaction "Click Here". There would be a drop down menu below "Communication" heading. which reads "GOTO LIVE SESSION" Choose the session and Click on Enter. At this moment if your pop-up blocker is enabled, press the 'Ctrl" button when clicking on the "Enter" button and release the Ctrl button once the new window has opened up. What if drop down menu is empty? It means you have no sessions that are live or you haven't been assigned any at this point in time. I don’t see any new window open up, once I've chosen a respective session and clicked "Enter"? This would mean your browser has the pop-up blocker. Press "Ctrl" key and click on "Enter" button. Release the "Ctrl" key when the new window opens up. It asks for installation of an ActiveX, what do I do? The installation prompts are required to be granted access for full functionality of the application. Please press, "ALLOW"/"YES" when prompted. The new window is open and I don’t see any content in it. There is a small broken bitmap icon on the top left of the window. What Do I DO? It means you don’t have Macromedia Flash Player version 8 or above installed in your machine. Please visit Click Here, install Flash Player 7 and refresh the page by pressing "F5". I'm in the new window which says "Detecting Internet Settings". Yet the "enter" button in that page is disabled. What do I do? The Internet connection is either slow or your connection to the server hasn't been established. Why is the message “Port not available” thrown? There are four ports namely Normal, Port 443, Port 1935 and Tunnel. If the connection does not succeed then this message pops up. Check the port connection, otherwise contact your admin. Why is that the “NetConnection Rejected” message pops up at times? NetConnection is rejected if the user count exceeds a certain limit, then the message Connection Rejected is thrown up. Why is that the message “NetConnection Failed” pops up? NetConnection fails to connect if the Routing Table Maintenance Protocol (rtmp) is not specified properly. For eg: _global.gbl_rtmpServer_address = "rtmp://localhost/aspiringkidz/
Why
does agenda not work?
Agenda’s XML would not have loaded properly. Also, the reason could be invalid
session name. How
do I verify my network status?
The network status can be verified by looking at the status of rtmp (Routing
Table Maintenance Protocol) port status. If it shows “Net Connection succeeded”,
then proceed on to the next page by pressing Enter. Otherwise check the
connectivity of the port.
